What are Ice Legs Recovery Sleeves? Ice Legs Recovery Sleeves are a portable, convenient, and mess-free alternative to an ice bath or freezer bags of ice that melt and make a mess. Designed by former pro cyclist Phil Gaimon, two sleeves cover the full length of your legs and use reusable ice packs to create an ice bath like experience. Perfect for post workout recovery and dealing with nagging injuries.
Ice Legs retail for $124.99 and are available at select retailers and icelegs.com.

How Ice Legs Work
It is pretty simple to use Ice Legs. Toss the 12 reusable frozen ice packs in the 12 pre-made pockets (sewn in the leg sleeves) then wrap them around your legs. Grab a good book or your computer and relax. Granted it is not as simple as it sounds but pretty close. First of you have to freeze the bags so there is a little planning, hopefully you just store them in the freezer all the time.

Reusing the Ice Packs
Ice Legs come with 12 removable and reusable ice packs that you can toss in the freezer over night and will be ready for after the next workout. I personally stick both the sleeves and the ice packs assembled into the garage freezer at the same time. This saves a little extra time and just makes life easier.

Quality
Not that Ice Legs go through a lot of abuse like a pair of socks or handlebar tape, basically they just sit there and chill, but never-less these things are built to last. Each sleeve is made from a heavy nylon material and feature some massive Velcro straps designed to add compression and keep your sleeves tight.
