Nino Schurter was one of the first outstanding cross country athletes to focus his indoor training as much as possible on the demands of MTB competitions. He did it by creating a series of specific exercises together with his preparations together with his trainer Nicolas Siegenthaler .
The goal is to adapt to the tough and explosive climbs of the XCO, to the sprints at the finish line and to the jumps found on the World Cup circuits.
