Recently Erin Huck’s weight training workout was featured on PinkBike in an article titled “Erin Huck’s Bid for the 2020 Olympic Team Continues in ‘Strength – Showing Up'”. If there’s one thing that Erin Huck can teach us all, it’s how to show up. Yes, Erin is a professional cyclist, but she’s also a professional engineering program manager at a medical device company. She’s packing two high-level careers into the same 24 hours, 7 days and 52 weeks that we all have.

With some big goals for the 2020 season, I identified key process goals to focus on to help me achieve my best. One process goal is to work on my Strength; including rehab work to fully recover from my injury, bike specific power focused strength, and overall core strength for improved stability and balance. This is a quick video highlighting the work I’ve been doing through the off-season, building towards 2020 races!
Recently Erin teamed up with 2019 Mountain Bike World Champion, Kate Courtney, to take on the Cyprus Sunshine Epic as a team and finished 2nd overall after losing some time due to a flat tire. Overall they finished 2nd and look ready to take on the world this year at the Olympics and Mountain Bike World Cup.
